Furthermore, Liberty Insurance may request the submission of additional documents depending on the situation as follows:

• For cold freight cargo: Part flow chart, Temperature data record
• For complaints regarding bulk cargo: Charter Party if "To be used with Charter Party" is noted in the Bill of Lading
• For complaints regarding total loss or damage: Original bill of lading, all relevant documentation and reports, packing list
• For cargo damage caused by collision: Sea protest, all reports/statements/records, and the Determination of fault by the relevant authorities (court/port officials/police) at the location of the accident
• For cost-incurred loss: Cost estimate, an estimate of logistics costs including cargo handling costs/repair costs/reprocessing fees/charges related to preventing further loss to damaged cargo, receipts/invoices, etc.
• For damage to local freight delivery by ship or boat: Seaworthiness Certificate of the vessel, Certificate of proof of civil liability insurance from the carrier
• For damage to local freight delivery by truck: Truck driver's driving license
• Notice of disposal from cargo owners
• Loss adjuster report

• Technical drawing
• Construction plans (Measures against vibration/subsidence, movement monitoring systems, etc)
• Internal incident report by the Insured including an overview of the cause and the degree of loss
• Report from the relevant authorities (such as the Urban Management Committee Division, building inspector, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, etc) regarding the cause and degree of loss
• Loss adjuster report (if needed)

• Claim form
• Internal incident report by the Insured including an overview of the cause and the degree of loss
• Technical reports supplied by the manufacturer regarding damaged equipment and machinery including technical specifications, technical drawings, operations manuals and diagrams, equipment/machinery safety regulations, etc.
• The Insured's maintenance and repair plans, equipment/machinery logs, etc.
• Invoices for any repair, replacement of machinery/damaged equipment
